Year of the Dragon Parade

Opening Parade for Festival of Cultures 2012, Palmerston North.
2012 bought a Wonderful Water Dragon to the Lantern Procession to open the Festival of Cultures.
The culmination of a month of work and a month of open studio drop in lantern making and school workshops.
The results were a joy to behold.
Thanks to all those who made and came along to participate.
It wouldn't be an event without you.
